Auteur, compositeur, interprète et percussionniste, Seydou Dramé chante l’universalité, son éventail musical s’ouvre du Mandé en passant par le Soul funk, Jazz Blues, Soukous … Accompagné de son groupe « Sagokè Groov' » composé d’artistes d’horizons différents, il vous invitera au voyage et au rêve. En mêlant instruments modernes et traditionnels aux chants déclamés à la manière des griots, Seydou séduira autant les passionnés de la musique traditionnelle que les fans de la pop africaine moderne. Seydou signifie celui qui apporte le bonheur, et c’est ce que l’on ressent dans chacune de ses compositions.
Musicien, chanteur, compositeur, arrangeur, interprète et animateur d’atelier de percussions africaines, Seydou DRAME est un artiste complet qui trouve son épanouissement sur scène face à un public. Reconnu par le ministère de la culture et de la francophonie de Côte d’Ivoire, il pratique le djembé, le tama et diverses percussions africaines. Il maîtrise aussi des techniques vocales adaptées à sa production. Il vit en France, à Marseille, depuis 2003. Ses liens avec des associations spécialisées dans les échanges interculturels avec l’Afrique lui ont permis d’exprimer son talent et ses compétences d’artiste en Europe. Aujourd’hui c’est la World Music qui le passionne. Il souhaite développer sa production en mélangeant la musique africaine avec des instruments d’autres cultures (violoncelle, flûte bretonne…). Seydou est le moteur de la création, il impulse l’identité musicale des albums en fournissant à ses musiciens la trame qui leur permettra de trouver le tempo et la construction mélodique des morceaux. En tournée Artiste complet, c’est en concert qu’il donne toute la mesure de son talent et s’épanouit dans son art. Par son énergie et sa joie communicative, il sait partager avec son public le bonheur d’être sur scène. En tournée pour la saison 14/15, il se produit avec deux formations différentes selon les lieux d’accueil. Dans sa forme intégrale (6 personnes), Seydou Dramé est accompagné d’une basse, batterie, guitare, N’goni et chœurs. Pour des lieux et des ambiances plus intimistes une formation plus légère (4 personnes : basse, batterie, guitare) prend le relais.

He lives in France, in Marseilles since 2003. His links with associations specialized in cultural exchange with Africa allowed him to express his talent and his artistic skills in Europe. Today is World Music is passionate. He wants to develop its production by blending African music with instruments from other cultures (cello, flute Breton …). Seydou is driving the creation, impulse musical identity albums by providing its musicians the frame that will allow them to find the tempo and melodic construction pieces. Complete artist on tour, it is concert he gave the full measure of his talent and flourishes in his art. By his energy and contagious joy, he can share with his audience the joy of being on stage. On tour for the 14/15 season, he performed with two different configurations depending on the host venues. In its complete form (6), Seydou Drame is accompanied by bass, drums, guitar, and vocals N’goni. For locations and more intimate setting, a lighter training (4 people: bass, drums, guitar) takes over.
